What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover online through our secure ordering system. You may also place an order online by using your PAYPAL account.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We support up to 128 bit encryption. Using your credit card on our website is as safe as using it in person at a department store, or calling it in over the phone.
I tried e-mailing, but no one has answered. Why?
We attempt to answer all e-mail inquiries on the same or next business day. Inquiries sent after our office has closed for the day will be answered on the next business day. Bear in mind that if you e-mail late on a Friday, or on a weekend day, we'll answer your inquirty on Monday when the office re-opens. We are open Monday - Friday from 10am - 5pm ET.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on what you order. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Many other items are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Unless you designate otherwise, we will ship your order when it is complete. This means that the item you order with the longest wait time will dictate how long it will be until your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, you should allow 1-7 days for ground shipment once your order is dispatched.
If you are on a tight schedule, you might want to e-mail us after you've placed your order and let us know. We can then verify the delivery method needed with you. Be sure to include your order number and the date you need to receive the items.
Likewise, we can accomodate special requests for expedited shipments (Express Mail, 3-Day Air, 2-Day, Air, Next Day Air). Air packages can be costly, so we'll work with you to determine the least expensive method needed to reach you by your need date.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated notice containing your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number, or have questions about your order status, please e-mail us at info@elizabethanoutfitters.com and someone will assist you.
